Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The shipment for PO boxes addresses can only be accepted/used within the US, US Territories and APO/FDO/DPO
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
A Shipment Confirmation with its tracking number(s) will be emailed to the sender once the order has been shipped. The tracking number will just be in forced for 24 hours.
Damages
Blue Spatula will not be liable for any damaged or lost products during shipment. If the order received is not in good condition or damage, you may contact the shipment carrier at once.
All packaging materials and damaged goods must be saved in order to file a claim.
