If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Refunds will not be issued for damaged, used or opened boxes that are returned.
 
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. 
 
You will receive the refund within 3-5 business days, depending on your original payment method's policies. 
 
Returns due to change of mind are subject to restocking fee. The fee is 20% of regular orders and 30% on promotional items. 
 
Blue Spatula does not refund any shipping and handling charges or return shipping cost. 
 
Blue Spatula is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return. As well, we can not process your refund until all items are received. 

CANCELLATION

All orders are processed as soon as the orders are placed. In rare cases if the status of your order is still unfulfilled, we will still be able to process your cancellation request.
