RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 calendar days. If 30 calendar days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

For consumer safety and sanitary purposes, used and open Defrosting Plate Boards are considered final, and no returns will be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
